Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

In brief: no analytics, advertising or tracking on this site. No cookies, and no scripts, fonts or embedded content loaded from other companies. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data to serve pages. If you email us, we use what you send only to reply.

Who we are

silverlineledger.com is the website of Silverline Ledger.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To serve pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time. Cloudflare acts as our hosting provider under its own privacy policy and retention practices: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We haven’t added analytics or tracking, and we don’t use this information to identify visitors.

The enquiry form

The form collects your name, work email, organisation (optional), the service you’re interested in (optional) and your message. It doesn’t accept attachments.

The form isn’t connected to any sending service. When you press “Send enquiry”, it checks your entries in your own browser and shows a thank-you note. Nothing you type is transmitted to us or anyone else, and nothing is stored.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address, your name if you include it, your message and attachments, and the standard technical details that come with email. Our mailbox is hosted by Microsoft as part of Microsoft 365.

Enquiries are used only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We keep them only as long as we need them unless we go on to work together.

Financial and identity information

Please don’t send account numbers, identity documents, passwords or confidential financial information through the form or by email. We don’t need them to discuss your finance systems. If you send something by mistake, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information or share it for marketing. It’s processed only by the providers named above, as needed to run the site and our email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us by email. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If how this site handles information changes, for example a new form provider, we’ll update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
